Brand new black iPhone 4s. In box never used ?

Brand new black iPhone 4s 16g on box never used or had a sim in or took out the box.on Vodafone but apparently iPhones come unlocked until the first sim goes in. But best to say Vodafone. Must collect from Bingham Will consider offers but looking for this amount really as its brand new. Thanks
