Swap iPad 2 + Nokia lumia 710 for galaxy s3 ?

Hi there would like to swap my iPad 2 in excellent condition,all boxed with 2 cases plus my Nokia lumia 710 in excellent condition,all boxed great phone with great app market,would like to swap for a Samsung galaxy s3 Also have a big speaker/docking station for the iPad 2 but would only add if it was a really good deal I can email pictures if needed Thanks Steven.
